Cartoons And Their Vans (Part 1)

Filed under: Uncategorized — Christmas Shopper @ 11:51 pm

There are actually quite a few cartoons out there that feature cartoon characters that drive, own or have something to do with a van and many of them are tuned in by millions a day. Some of these are past sucesses and havent been around in a long while and some of them are made just for the enjoyment of the smaller kids. Here are the ones that came into my head first.

The Infamous Mystery Machine

This has to be the most famous one out of all of the cartoon vans that have ever come into existence. In fact this really kicked it all off for the world in terms of the van being in a cartoon. All of this kicked off in 1969 with the original series Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! The show has been running ever since and has not lost its original format of solving monster of an apparent monster. The monster nearly always turns out to be a human in disguise. It is wondered if the gang have this van on Van Leasing

A Bit Of A Classic- Postman Pat

This is more of a stop-motion feature than a cartoon but it has to be mentioned as it is certainly the most famous van to be made by somebody here in Britain It was first screened in 1981 and a newer series was made for 2006. This show was aimed mainly at the younger age group and both me and all of my friends were big fans when we were younger. The brilliant thing about Postman Pat is that he is the only Postman able to deliver the post on time!

Cheap Van Leasing is something that these toons must have had in mind when purchasing these vans.

Part two features cartoons from both the Family Guy and Simpsons cartoons so look out for more vans. Small van leasing is key for the next part.
